We are a third party administrator (TPA) for qualified retirement plans.  We will assist you with the day-to-day aspects of your retirement plan and work closely with you on the design, implementation, and ongoing administration of your plan.

We offer a variety of services, including, but not limited to, the following:

• Customized plan design
• Amending and restating plan documents
• Allocating employer contributions
• Annual non-discrimination testing and review of contribution and deduction limits
• Calculation of participant vesting
• Participant benefit statements
• Form 5500 and Form 8955-SSA filings
• Prepare and process participant distributions and participant loans
• Assistance with annual and quarterly disclosure requirements
